Doxycycline can inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria rapidly through binding to the receptor on the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome reversibly, interfering tRNA and mRNA to form ribosomal complexes that prevent peptide chain elongation and inhibit protein synthesis.
Doxycycline has a significant effect on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Thoroughly mix the product into fish feed,
10% Doxycycline hydrochloride powder, 0.2g per kg body weight;
5% Doxycycline hydrochloride powder, 0.4 g per kg body weight;
2% Doxycycline hydrochloride powder, 1.0 g per kg body weight, once a day for 3-5 days.
